Yearbook Upload Instructions

Please don’t forget to upload your first day of school and remote learning pictures as well as any RLA photos! Parents of RLA students should make sure to upload a picture of your student if they didn’t take a professional photo at school. Please include your student’s name and class so we know where to include it.

Thank you very much for your help!

For parents submitting photos of their RLA child who did not have a photo taken:
Please have as the file name the students first and last name
Open the folder under Photos/Portraits/[Grade][Teacher’s Name] and click upload to add the photo

NGES YEARBOOK UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Visit the website for NGES: http://interstate.pixami.com/
  2. Login credentials: Username: ngesyearbook Password: yearbook
  3. At the top of the screen, click on: Photos. This will take you to a new screen where you can choose “candids” to add photos.
  4. Find the appropriate folder that best categorizes the photos on the left hand side. Each folder corresponds to a page or group of pages in the yearbook, e.g., “First Day of School” or 1A (refers to 1st grade class A). Click on the folder where you want the photos to go to select it.
  5. Click on “Upload Photos” at the top left. If no folders seem appropriate, you can click on “New folder” first and create a new folder with a label starting with “NEW:” that tells us what the photos are. Please make sure to include your child’s teacher so the photos can be sorted out later by the yearbook editor.
  6. Once the page to the left appears, click on “Add Files” and add the photos to that folder. Email Lisa Hall at lisajresnick@yahoo.com or Stella Varellas- Dikas at svarels@gmail.com with questions.
